Jen started practicing this yoga as a way to warm up one cold Michigan winter and was quickly hooked.  She started with a 60 day challenge and just kept going.  She never imagined it would be so life-changing.

When the opportunity presented itself to go to training in the spring of 2014, she jumped at the chance.  Regular practice of this yoga has proven to be an effective way to deal with old injuries, while boosting overall good health—physical, mental and emotional.
