SATURDAY:     8am and 10am Yoga, 12:00pm QiGong Only

BYAA CLASSES

Bikram 90 Minute class

Bikram Yoga is a demanding series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), which is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Every posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture. 90 mins.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a mat based, high intensity interval training workout (HIIT) using pilates principles. This challenging and motivating 60 minute class is all low impact to protect your joints and muscles, and is perfect for all fitness levels!

Intermediate Class – Beginning Saturday Oct 6 at 12:00pm

The Intermediate Class uses the strong physical and mental focus learned in the beginning series as the foundation to lead us to a more advanced yoga practice. This class offers students techniques for moving into further expressions in familiar postures from the beginner’s practice, as well as learn new postures and develop new abilities.  Open to BYAA members with a regular practice over the past year.  Classes are the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 12:00pm.

Qigong Class – Beginning Saturday Oct. 13 at 12:00pm

Qigong is often translated as “energy cultivation.” These internal exercises are an incredibly powerful method of moving energy through your body to revitalize and heal.   Classes are the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 12:00pm.
